At T & H Wreckers, we pride ourselves on supplying quality used auto parts. We understand that sometimes a part may not be suitable or may need to be returned, and we aim to make the process as easy and fair as possible for our customers.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

The part is incorrect, faulty, or damaged on arrival.
The part is still in the same condition as supplied — not modified, fitted, or dismantled.
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Please contact us before returning any item to ensure the correct return procedure is followed.

📝 How to Request a Return

Provide your order number, part description, and reason for return.
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

🔄 Change of Mind Returns

We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion, provided the item is in resaleable condition. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cover inspection, handling, and packaging costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.

🛠️ Warranty Claims

All parts sold by T & H Wreckers include a standard 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated. Engines, transmissions, and electrical components may have specific warranty terms noted on your invoice — please retain your proof of purchase.

If a warranty claim is required, please contact us for testing or replacement arrangements.

Items that have been disassembled, modified, or damaged after delivery
Electrical components that have been plugged in or installed
Special-order or custom items
Fluids, filters, and consumables

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
